They also stated "The ERC Final Concept has now been completed and is available as a download along with other EdGATE Final Publications. The European Regional College ERC Concept - A New Approach to European Regional Schooling." The meta header had EdGATE as the first search term. This keyword was followed by Education Gate, Europe, and European Union which isn't as important as EdGATE. The other words they used was European schools. European is also included but could not be viewed by web engines.
